  • 1 big bowlRefined flour -
  • 1 small bowlPalak puree-
  • 1 medium bowlOil
  • 1/2 bowlBesan-
  • 1teaspoonDhaniya jeera powder
  • 1teaspoonChat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder -
  • 1teaspoonKashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1tablespoonKaju powder
  • 1 teaspoonDesiccated coconutpowder -
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all take refined flour in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Then add oil, salt, n by adding palak puree-make a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Keep the dough aside
    Take a kadai, add oil.

  4. 4

    Put jeera, hing, put the besan.

  5. 5

    Fry the besan on slow medium flame.

  6. 6

    Then add all dry masala, salt n cashew powder

  7. 7

    Mix it well. Now fill this filling, into small balls of dough.

  8. 8

    Give the shape of kachori n fry in solw medium flame.

  9. 9

    Serve this kachori in short glass with mint chutney n mango salsa.
