  1. 1 cupoil for fry
  2. 4mid sized potato
  3. 2 tablespoonsTamarind water
  4. 1/ 4 teaspoon roast cumin seeds powder
  5. 1lemon juice
  6. as per taste Salt red chilli powder
  7. 1finely chopped green chilli
  8. 1/4 teaspoonblack salt & chaat masala
  9. 1/4 teaspoonblack salt & chaat masala
  10. 1/4 teaspoonblack salt & chaat masala
  11. 1lemon juice
  12. 1 tablespoonchopped mint leaves

    Peel wash & cut mid square pieces of potato. Dip into the water to save the color change.

    In a Kadai heat oil & add potato pieces after soaking the clothes. Flame is on mid. Stir it occasionally. It takes time.

    After golden brown color takes out from oil on a thick napkin paper. After soaking oil transfer into a bowl.

    Add salt Mirchi chaat masala lemon juice green chili mint leaves. Mix all ingredients very well. Serve it on a wooden or thermacole plate, add a toothpick.

    Tasty crispy hygienic & mouth-watering chaat snack.
