Layered sprouts chaat
A healthy tea time snacking option.

Steps

Boil the sprouts for 10 minutes, drain the water and let it cool down.

Put the sprouts in a large bowl and add all tomato, cucumber, pomegranate, onion, potato, coriander leaves along with the seasoning, lime juice and mix well.

In another bowl take hung curd and add the chutney tamarind and mint and whisk well.

Fill 3/4 th of the serving glasses with sprouts mix, layer it up with curd mix and top it with mixed savoury of your choice. I used masala puffed rice, haldirams khatta meetha mixture and khara boondi. Sprinkle some more chaat masala and serve.
