Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsuji
  2. 4 cupsugar
  3. 7 cupwater
  4. as required Saffron strands
  5. Pinchfood colour
  6. 4 teaspoonghee
  7. 1/4 cupmix dry fruits
  8. Pinchcardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add ghee to kadai and add suji. Saute till we get sweet smell. Take to a plate. Add water to kadai.

    Add saffron strands, sugar and bring to boil. I added little food colour. Once water boils add suji to it and mix well.

    Add ghee to a small pan and roast cashews and raisins.

    Once golden transfer to the suji kadai and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add cardamom powder and mix.

    Service hot hot
