  1. 200 gramparwal chopped
  2. 1medium potato chopped
  3. 1medium onion
  4. 2 Tbspcooking oil
  5. 1/4 Tspmustard seeds
  6. 1/2 Tspred chili powde
  7. 1/4 Tspturmeric powder
  8. As per tasteSalt
  9. 3/4 Tsproasted cumin seeds powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan. Allow the mustard seeds to crackle.

    Fry the chopped onion till translucent.

    Add chopped parwal and potato with salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder.

    Fry till the veggies are soft and crispy. Garnish with roasted cumin powder and serve.
