Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgParwal/Pointed gourd
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 1/2ginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tspcorrainder powder
  8. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 3-4 tspoil
  12. Corrainder leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    First wash all vegetables & finely chopped onion & potatoes & pointed gourd in long sticky shape.

  2. 2

    Heat the pan add oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds & mustard seeds saute for a minute then add ginger garlic paste & cook.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion cook till golden in colour then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder & corrainder powder mix well.

  4. 4

    Add chopped potatoes & pointed gourd mix well add salt then cover the pan for few minutes in low flame.

  5. 5

    In between check when it cooks completely garnish with corrainder leaves & serve hot with chapati or poori or paratha.
