Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 1.5 cupboiled chana/chole
  2. 1For masala paste medium onion chopped
  3. 1 Tbspginger garlic grated
  4. 2tomatoes chopped
  5. 1/3 Tspturmeric powder
  6. As Per Taste Salt
  7. 1 Tspcoriander powder
  8. 1/2 Tspcumin powder
  9. 1 Tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 Tspchole masala powder
  11. 1/2 Tspponch phutan
  12. 2 Tbspcooking oil
  13. 50 grampaneer cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil on a pan, add ponch phutan and allow to splutter. Mix the onion paste masala, chopped tomatoes and saute on medium flame.

    When tomatoes soften, add all the dry masala powders mentioned above.

    Add the required salt and saute till the oil separate.

  4. 4

    Now add boiled chana with water. Bring to boil as required the gravy. Mix the panee cubes and cook for a minute. The paneer Chole Curry in ready to serve with the onion ganishig.
