Ingredients

Two servings
  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1small onion finely chopped
  4. 1small tomato finely chopped
  5. 1green chilli finely chopped
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1 tspaamchur powder
  9. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  10. As taste salt
  11. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  12. 2 tbspoil
  13. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl take semolina, curd & water, mix well,cover lid & keep aside for 10 minutes.

    Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala,aamchur powder & salt. Now add chopped vegetables,green chilli & coriander leaves, mix well. Now add baking soda & mix.

    Heat 1 tsp oil in tawa. Spread batter & cook for 4-5 minutes. Now flip & drizzle oil & cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
