Ingredients

  1. 1Boiled rice
  2. as required Carrot in small pieces
  3. as required Spring onion
  4. as required Capsicum
  5. as required Green Chilli
  6. as required Ginger garlic paste
  7. as required Soya sauce
  8. as per needChings Schezwan Fried rice Masala

Cooking Instructions

    Pour 1.5 tbsp oil and add ginger garlic paste.

    Then add carrot, capsicum, spring onion and green chilli and stir fry for 1-2 mins.

  3. 3

    Add boiled rice, Soya sauce and Chings Schezwan Fried rice Masala and stir fry for a minute.

  4. 4

    Fry until rice turns hot and add spring onion for garnishing.

  5. 5

    Serve fried rice hot.
