This is easy, quick and healthy recipe of sattu flour. In Maharashtra, people eat sattu by adding jaggery and water and make thick mixture of it. This is quite heavy dish. Very good option for summer breakfast. When you are busy and don't have time to have breakfast, just one bowl of this porridge is sufficient. This is cold dish so generally everyone prepare in summer. Rich in fiber and proteins.

  1. 2 cupsattu flour
  2. 1/2 cupgrated jaggery
  3. 1 cupwater or as required

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixer jar

    Add grated jaggery and water

  3. 3

    Blend for 1-2min

  4. 4

    Add sattu flour

  5. 5

    Blend again

  6. 6

    Thick smooth paste should form

  7. 7

    You can add water, according to your taste

  8. 8

    Sattu jaggery porridge is ready to serve
