This is my refined sugar free chocolate porridge recipe, made in a mistral thermocooker. I make this for a treat for my kids and they love it.

Ingredients

  1. 6dates
  2. 100 goats
  3. 450 gwater or milk
  4. 1ripe bannana
  5. 1 tablespooncocoa powder
  6. Yoghurt, fruit and granola to serve

Cooking Instructions

    In the thermocooker blitz the dates, banana and cocoa for 10 - 15 seconds, speed 8.

  2. 2

    Add water or milk and oats. Cook speed 2, reverse, 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Serve with toppings of choice. Its sweet enough as it is but you can drizzle on maple syrup or honey if needed.
