Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupRipe Alphonso or bengumpalli mango pulp
  2. 1 cupFresh yoghurt
  3. as neededChilled water
  4. 2 pinchSalt
  5. 2-3 tablespoonsMango crush
  6. as required Ice cubes
  7. as required Mango cubes to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First, mango pulp, yoghurt, salt and 1 tablespoon mango crush and blend to a thick mixture.

  2. 2

    Add water to get your desired consistency. Chill till serving.

  3. 3

    To serve, layer the sides of glass with mango crush. Place some ice cubes at base.Pour the Lassi on top. Garnish with mango cubes and enjoy!
