  1. 5-6Bread Crumbs
  2. 1 BowlGrated Cheese
  3. 4-5Boiled Grated Potato
  4. 2Finely Chopped Green Chilli
  5. 1/4 BowlChopped Coriander Leaves
  6. 1Chopped Onion
  7. 1/4 TbspSalt
  8. 1/4 TbspBlack Salt
  9. 1/2 TbspRed Chilli Powder
  10. 1/4 TbspCoriander Powder
  11. 1/4 TbspGaram Masala
  12. 1/2 TbspChat Masala
  13. 3-4 TbspCornflour Paste
  14. as required Oil For Deep Frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a large bowl add all ingredients and mix it well. Give a lemon size ball shape. Now dip the cutlet into cornflour batter then coated bread crumbs.

    Then fry it deep in heated oil on medium flame till golden brown. Take it out in a plate.

    Cutlet Balls are ready now. Serve hot and enjoy with green chutney, tomato ketchup and ginger tea.....
