Ingredients

  1. 4 slicesbread
  2. 200 GMspaneer
  3. 2 tspbutter
  4. 4 tspmint chutney
  5. 1 medium onion finely chopped
  6. 1 piece of ginger finely chopped
  7. 2-3green chillies finely chopped
  8. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  9. 1 tspsalt or to taste
  10. 1 tspchat masala powder
  11. 1 tspoil for greasing

    To begin, cut the paneer into slices. Marinate with salt and keep aside.

    To make the sandwich, butter the bread slices. Spread the mint chutney generously on both slices.

    Add some chopped onions, ginger, and green chilies to one of the slices. Season it with chat masala powder.

    Place the paneer slices on top. Sprinkle some red chili flakes and chat masala powder. Top it with the other slice.

    Grease the pan. Grill the sandwich until the bread is toasted. And slice into two.

    The Grilled Paneer Sandwich is ready to serve. Serve with salad greens and a dip of your choice.
