Cooking Instructions

First, remove the crust from the sandwich bread.

Next, beat the egg with the tablespoons of milk, a pinch of black pepper, and nutmeg, then set aside.

Place the 3 slices on the counter and spread mayonnaise on the surface of two of them, and mustard on the remaining slice.
- 4
Add shredded cheese and a layer of ham on top of the 3 slices, with one slice having mayonnaise and mustard, and two layers of ham on the other slice with mayonnaise.

Now, place the slice with 2 layers of ham on the bottom, the mustard slice in the middle, and the other mayonnaise slice on top.
