Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspoil
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 2 tbspcorrienderleaves
  4. 1 tspredchillipowder
  5. 1 tbspcornflour
  6. 1/2 cupcurd
  7. 1/4 cupbesan
  8. 250 gmbhindi (okra)
  9. To taste salt
  10. 1/4 tspcuminpowder
  11. 1/2 tspturmericpowder
  12. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  13. 1/2 tspgarammasala powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl put all ingredients except bhindi.Mix it well,if needed add little water. cut the upper and lower portion of the bhindi.Put the bhindi on curd mixture,rest it 10 mints.Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil,put the chopped onion sauted till it's becomes golden brown.

    Put the marrinated bhindi,mix it well & cooked nicely on low medium flame.Curd bhindi masala fry is ready to serve.Serve with roti,chapati,or rice.
