Cooking Instructions

Heat 1-tbsp oil add besan and roast on slow flame till light pink, cool and add all masalas one by one and keep aside prepared stuffing.

Give slits in bhindis and fill masala in all The bhindis. Now heat 2-tbsp oil in a pan add saunf,cumin & mustard when starts cracking add asafoetida and immediately add stuffed bhindis and saute it for a while and let it cook on slow flame stirring in between. When oil releases turn off gas.

Sprinkle roasted white sesame & chopped coriander and serve hot tasty stuffed Masala bhindis with roti or paratha.
