    Cut chicken into parts and wash, pat dry with kitchen towel and set aside. In a bowl, put the chicken and add all the seasoning and spices, rub very well until its all mixed.

    Cover it and allow to sit for at least 1hour in the fridge then bring it out and put the veg. Oil and stir very well.

    Put foil paper on a non stick pan and spread the chicken, add diced onions and cover. Leave it to cook under low heat until all the water started to dries up then open and start turning side by side until it is golden brown or its completely cooked (grill for not less than an hour).
    Taadaaa!! And your grilled chicken is done.
