Remove skin from drumsticks and score with three lines each

Add drumsticks to a bowl and season with yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic ginger paste, and all the spices and let marinate for at least 1 hour

Once chicken is ready, preheat oven to 400F and add to baking pan

Once oven is heated, add chicken and cook for about 30 minutes on each side, until chicken is cooked through, then broil ont high for about 5 minutes, or until chicken is charred

Serve over rice
