Cooking Instructions

Wash and peel and grate beetroot.

Add curd, salt and sugar.

Now make tempering.

For this heat oil in a pan.

Add mustard seeds and cumin.

Once it crackled.

Add curry leaves and green chillies.

Saute for 1 min.

Pour this tempering on curd and beetroot mixture

Combine all well.

Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.

Beetroot Raita is ready to serve.
