Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppoha
  2. 2 medium sizedpotatoes boiled and mashed
  3. 1 small onion finely chopped
  4. 1/2 inchginger piece grated
  5. 2green chillies chopped finely
  6. 1/2 tspjeera
  7. 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  8. 2 tbsprice flour
  9. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  10. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  11. 1/2 tsproasted jeera powder
  12. As Per TasteSalt
  13. As Per RequiredPanko bread crumbs or fresh bread crumbs
  14. 2 tbspcorn flour
  15. As Required Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the poha and keep in a colander for 5 mins.
    In a large bowl add the boiled and mashed potatoes, poha, onions, ginger, green chilies, jeera, chili flakes, rice flour, coriander leaves, chaat masala, roasted jeera powder, and salt mix well.

    Grease hands with oil take small portions and form into the shape of a cutlet or any desired shape. Keep them on a plate

    Take a bowl of corn flour, and gradually add water to form a flowing consistency slurry. Put the bread crumbs on a plate.

    Now dip the cutlet in the corn flour slurry, then coat it with bread crumbs. Keep them on a plate. Heat oil in a Kadai or pan and fry them till golden brown on both sides. Serve with tomato ketchup or Chutney
