Ingredients

  1. 1 Cupall-purpose flour
  2. 3/4 cupsugar powder
  3. 1/4 cupoil
  4. 1 Spoonvanila essence
  5. 1 Spoonbaking powder
  6. 1/2 Spoonbaking soda
  7. 1/2 cupbuttermilk (vinegar+milk)
  8. 2 spoonscashews chopped
  9. 2 Spoonstutti frutti

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar powder.

    In another bowls add buttermilk, oil, and vanilla essence mixed well together. Now add dry ingredients, tutti fruity, cashews, and mix it.

    Grease, dust the cake mould
    Pour the batter and cook in preheated Kadai for 40-45min

  4. 4

    Check with a stick if it comes clean then the cake is done otherwise cook for a few more minutes. Cool it demould the cake and it's ready to enjoy/serve
