Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 2 tbsprava
  3. 1/4 cup curd
  4. 1bread slice
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 1 tspsugar powder
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. As Per TasteSalt
  9. As Per TasteDry rice flour for dusting
  10. As RequiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add maida, curd, oil baking powder, sugar powder, and salt. Cut edges of the bread slice. Wet bread slice a little in water and crumbled it, add to maida mixture. Mix well.

    Add little water to bind it into a soft dough. Apply oil all over the dough. Keep covered for at least 2-3 hours to ferment.

    At the time of making..knead the dough again to make it smooth. Divide into 8- 9 equal portions balls.

    Heat oil for frying. Take one dough ball, flattened it, dust it with rice flour, and gently roll it into round puri of 5"- 6" diameter.

    Gently drop in hot oil, on medium-high flame. As it puffs up and the lower side turns crispy golden, flip and fry till the lower side turns crispy golden.

    Similarly, prepare all bhature. Serve Relish Delicious Hot Bhature with chole.
