  2. 2green chilies
  3. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  4. 1 spooncoriander powder
  5. As RequiredSalt
  6. As Requiredoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the bhindi in a long size.

    Heat oil in a pan on high heat and deep fry bhindi in 2-3batches with green chili till golden brown.

    Now add all spices and cook for 5 minutes.

    Crispy fried bhindi is ready to serve with roti or paratha.
