  1. 6-8crab sticks, shredded
  2. 1/2carrots, shredded
  3. 1/4big cucumber, shredded
  4. 1/2mango, shredded
  5. sauce
  6. 2-3 tbspkewpie mayo
  7. 1/2lime juice
  8. 1 tbspsesame oil
  9. 1 tbspsriracha sauce
  10. 1 tbsphoney
  11. some Togarashi and finely chopped spring onion for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Making sauce: add all the sauce ingredients together in a mixing bowl

    Add crab sticks, carrots, mango, cucumber in another mixing bowl then add the sauce mix in. Mix well

  3. 3

    Transfer your Kani salad in the serving plate, sprinkle some Togarashi and spring onion before serving.
