    Boil potatoes in a cooker, and after boiling, peel them off.

    Now finely mess the potatoes and add red chili powder, salt, and garam masala.

    Firstly add a little salt to the aate and knead the dough with water. And take some dough from the dough and roll it a little and add 1 teaspoon of potatoes masala and roll it again.

    Now bake the rolled paratha with ghee or butter from both sides.
