    Make a batter take a bowl add gram flour add curd add some salt add water mixed it well leave it for 30 minutes

    Then add before to steam add baking powder

    Gress with oil into stand fill all the stand to steam dhokla

    When dhokla steam out

    Then maka a syrup of sugar and lemon juice add into dhokla

    Fredze it for 20 to 30 minutes

    Then sdd tadka of curry leaves and mustard seed and green chilli

  8. 8

    Now ready to serve
