Ingredients

  1. 2 CupsRice Flour
  2. 1/4 CupRoasted Bengal Gram
  3. 1/2 CupBesan
  4. 200 gmsSpinach
  5. 1 tablespoonButter
  6. As Per TasteSalt
  7. 1/2 teaspoonAsafoetida
  8. 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  9. 2Green chillies
  10. As RequiredOil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Mix rice flour besan in a paraat.Grind roasted bengle gram and mix with both flour.
    Add butter salt cumin seeds asofoetida Mix it well.

    Wash and churn green chilli and spinach with 1/2cup water. And make a smooth puree.Mix it with flour mixture. And knead a smooth tight dough. Make a roll.

    Take a Chakri machine apply oil and place roll to make chakri on a tissue paper. Fry on a fast flame.
    Tasty Spinach chakri is ready toserve.
