Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 1 cupcoarse wheat flour/ Ladoo flour
  2. 1/4 cupnormal wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupghee
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1/2 cuporganic jaggery
  6. As RequiredCardamom powder
  7. As RequiredNutmeg powder
  8. as requiredPoppy seeds (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix both flour in bowl. Add 4 tbsp ghee, mix well to make crumbs like mixture. Add little little milk and bind into bhakhari dough.

    Divide into 2 equal portions. Make flattened balls and roll into thick round shape rotis. Make depression with tip rolling pin all over it as shown.Roast on griddle on low flame till crispy golden.

    Cool prepared bhakharis. Crushed and grind in mixer to coarse powder. Keep aside.

    In thick cooking pan add, melt jaggery with ghee. Mix well to make smooth mixture. Add cardamoms, nutmeg powder, mix well. Add coarse wheat bhakhari powder. Mix well.

    Take little portion of prepared ladoo mixture. Put into mould give shape. Sprinkle poppy seeds on it. Similarly prepare all churma ladoos.
