I made traditional lalo for Lord Ganpati.May Lord Ganesh bless us with happiness and prosperity and joy of cooking. It is time to celebrate with delicious food on Ganesh Chaturthi. So I made traditional ladoo.
Cooking Instructions

First take one bowl old Karkara wheat flour then add ghee in flour.Rup it with hand.It should the ghee and Atta is combined well gradually warm water and knead to make a stiff dough. This make work easier. Make sure to knead the dough for good 2 -3 minutes.

Then equally divide in small portion press and shape it. Then set a pan on low flame add the ghee and shallow fry these sticks on low heat until golden brown in colour fry them all side by turning them carefully. Then transfer in a mixer jar.

Then grind until coarse in texture then add1 tsp jayfal powder and 1 tsp cardamom powder mix well then the jaggery melt completely not over cook. Then add the melted jaggery and ghee to the churma powder mixture mix well. Then take some portion of mixture and make churma ladoo and press with hand.

Then lighty coated the ladoo with poppy seeds. Now our wheat flour old traditional soft churma ladoo is ready. Decorate with chopped almond. Ganpati Bhog Thal is ready
