Ingredients

  1. 1/2 KgMutton (Mix)
  2. 2Chopped Onion
  3. 2 tbspCoriander Powder
  4. 1 tspRed Chilli Powder (or to taste)
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  6. 1 tspKashmiri red chilli Powder (Not Spicy)
  7. 1 tspGaram Masala Powder
  8. 2 tspSalt
  9. 2 tbspGinger Garlic Paste
  10. 5Tomatoes
  11. 1/2 cupYogurt
  12. 2 cupWater (more if you required)
  13. 1/2 tspDry Fenugreek
  14. Fresh Coriander Chopped
  15. 5-6Green Chillies

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a Pot Add Oil, Onion and Fry Until It's Golden Brown.

    Add Ginger Garlic Paste Mix Well and Add Mutton and Cook for 10-12 Mins.

    Add Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Salt, Kashmiri Powder Mix Well and Cook Until Oil Seperates.

    Add Water and Tomatoes Cover And Cook Until Tomatoes are Soft and Peel Of Skin.

  5. 5

    Add Yogurt, Wix Well and Cook Until Oil Speartes.

  6. 6

    Mix Well, Cover and Cook Until Mutton is Tender.

  7. 7

    Add Fresh Coriander Mix Well, Add Green Chillies and Mix well.

  8. 8

    Add Dry Fenugreek And Mix well.

  9. 9

    Garnish Fresh Coriander Cover and Dum For 2 mins.

  10. 10

    Mutton Karahi Is Ready To Serve.
