Chinese Fried Rice

Wash the rice 3 - 4 times with water. Now soak the rice in water for 3 hours.

Boil 8 bowls of water and add rice in boiling water.. cook 80 % and drain all the water.

In a karahi heat oil & add chopped ginger garlic & chilli. Now saute onions and then fry all veggies.

Add salt black pepper.

Now add boiled rice followed by green chilli & soya sauce.
Add little water to create steam. - 6
The best chinese fried rice is ready.
Serve hot.
