Ingredients

  1. 2 cupboiled rice
  2. 2onions
  3. 1-2Green chili
  4. 1/2 tspRed chili powder
  5. 1tomato
  6. few sprigsfew sprigs Coriander leaves
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  8. as per taste Salt
  9. as requiredOil
  10. 1/2 tspCumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop onions and tomato.
    Take a kadai, add oil in it. when oil is hot add cumin seeds in it. when it's crackled add onions,tomatoes and green chilli mix it and add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and cook it for 5 minutes in slow flame.

    Powder and cook it for 5 minutes in slow flame.

    When masala is ready add cooked rice and coriander leaves and two spoon water and mix it well, cook it for 5 minutes and serve with papad.
