  1. 2eggs

  3. 1Green capsicum Chopped
  4. 1carrot chopped
  5. 2 tablespoonsBoiled Corn
  6. 1large onion Chopped
  7. 2 tablespoonsbutter

  9. 1 teaspoonjeera (cumin seeds)
  10. 1Green Chilli
  11. 1 teaspoonSugar
  12. 1/2 teaspoonPepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat butter in a pan.

    Add jeera. When it crackles, add chopped capsicum, carrot and onions. Fry and put in boiled corns.

    Stir fry. Add slit green chilli.

    Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper.

    Add the egg mixture in the pan and stir well. Keep tossing.

    Add I teaspoon sugar and stir well

    Add the boiled rice and blend well with the masala

  8. 8

    When the rice turns a little yellowish, turn off the flame

  9. 9

    You can sprinkle some Maggi Masala (optional)
