Cooking Instructions

First, fry paneer cubes and put them in warm water before adding curry

A handful of coriander leaves & ginger julienne

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and onion. Saute them till onions turn translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add tomato puree, mix well and cook till the oil separates. - 4
Add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix everything well.
Add green peas and paneer cubes, and mix well.
Add water, cover, and cook for 7-8 minutes.
Add garam masala, dried Kasuri methi, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
Serve hot with Chapati 🫓 or any choice of your bread
