Step In a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and cummin seeds andwhole spices(bay leaf,cinnamon,Cardomom,pepper,)saute for a minute then add giner garlic paste and green chilli

Step2 add chopped onions and saute till golden brown after that add chopped tomato cook them for a while and then add dry maasalas I.e turmeric powder,chilli powder and garam masala,coriander powder,(your masala is done).

Step 3 let it cool for sometimes. Take another pan/kadhai add some oil and deep

Step 4 take out the excess oil from the kadhai and saute some matar (peas) then add the grinded paste and paneer in it, you can add cream at this stage if you like

Step 5 now add 1 cup water and simmer for 10 minutes

Step 6 add coriander and kasuri methi. For garnish
