    Mix flour and water and salt to make a dough.

    Wash and boil the potatoes. peel and mash it. add salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and coriander leaves. mix it well. masala is ready.

    Make paratha fill this masala in this paratha and make round paratha. take a tawa cook paratha in this tawa make crispy paratha and serve with dahi and chutney.
