Ingredients

  1. 2bread slice
  2. 1avocado, ripen
  3. 1 small onion
  4. 1 small tomato
  5. Few coriander leaves
  6. 1 tsplemon juice
  7. 1/4 tsppepper powder
  8. 1/4 tspItalian seasoning
  9. 1/4 tspchili flakes
  10. As per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the avocado into half, remove the pit and peel the skin. Take the flesh in a deep plate and smash it with a fork.

    Add in finely chopped onion, tomato, and coriander leaves along with lemon juice, pepper powder, salt, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes. Mix everything well and keep it aside.

    Toast the bread until golden and crispy. Spread avocado mix on top of the toasted bread. Cut into triangles. Sprinkle more chili flakes if needed.

    Healthy and delicious Avocado Toast is ready to be relished.
