  1. 1 cupmaithi aloo dry veg
  2. 1/2 cupOil
  3. As Per TasteSalt
  4. 1 cupwheatflour
  5. As RequiredWater for knead
  6. 1/2 cuphomemade butter

    Take a big bowl add wheatflour & salt.

    Add water & knead & make a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Make balls & roll like poori.
    Keep maithi Aloo veg middle on poori.

    Roll it. Heat a tawa grease with oil. Put paratha. Flip it. Add oil. Cook both sides brown & crispy.

    Cut paratha into four peices.
    Serve with homemade butter for breakfast.
