  10. 3 glassPani +4 glass (shorba k liye)

Cooking Instructions

    Ghee k elawa sb ingredients ko pressure cooker me dal dyn or pani (3 glass) dalna hy or (15 minute) cook kryn.

    Cooker khol kar ghee dal dyn. or paya ko bhonyn.

    Or cover kar k medium flame pe (15 minute) cook kryn. paya ka masala tyar ho jae ga.

    Ab 4 glass pani dal dyn ta k paya ka shorba ban sake. or shorba garah hone dyn. or garam Masala powder dal dyn. or dam pe (10 mints) k liye rakhne k bd serve kryn.

    Tips:
    1. shorba k liye sardiyon me pani garam use kryn ta k paya achy bane. or garmiyon me room temperature ka pani use kryn.
    2. agr shorba thick krna ho to us k liye ek bowl me paya ka sb ghee nikal lyn or dosre bowl me thora se pani me corn flour ko mix kryn or shorba me thora thora kar k corn flour ka liquid dal kar mix krte jae is se shorba thick ho jae ga.
    or bd me jo ghee utar liya tha wo dal dyn.
