  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1 teaspoonred chili powder
  5. 2 teaspoonsginger-garlic paste
  6. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  7. 1 tspcumin powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1green chilies, chopped
  10. 1/2 teaspoondried mango powder (amchoor powder)
  11. 1 tspcumin seeds
  12. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  13. pinchasafetida
  14. as requiredSalt
  15. 2 tbspoil
  16. 2 tablespoonswater
  17. As requiredCoriander leaves chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and asafetida.

    When the seeds to splutter, add chopped onion and saute for 3 minutes.

    Add crushed ginger-garlic and green chilli, saute for 2 minutes.

    Now add green peas, salt and let it cook for 3 minutes.

    Add cubed potatoes along with coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, dried mango powder,chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
