Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and asafetida.
When the seeds to splutter, add chopped onion and saute for 3 minutes.Add crushed ginger-garlic and saute for 2 minutes.Now add green peas, salt and let it cook for 3 minutes. - 2
Add cubed potatoes along with coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, dried mango powder, and mix well.Add 2 tbsp water, and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 more minutes.(Keep stirring occasionally).Now Potato Peas Stir Fry/Aloo Matar Dry sbji is ready. Serve hot with any bread of your choice.
