Ingredients

  1. 4Potatoes boiled, peeled and cubed – medium
  2. 1 cupgreen peas
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 2 teaspoonsginger-garlic paste
  5. 1 teaspoonred chili powder
  6. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  7. 1 teaspooncumin powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1green chilies, chopped
  10. 1/2 teaspoondried mango powder
  11. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  12. 1bayleaf
  13. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  14. 1 pinchasafetida
  15. 2 tablespoonswater
  16. as per tasteSalt
  17. 2 tablespoonoil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,bay leaf, asafetida.When the seeds to splutter add chopped onion and saute for 3minutes.
    Add crushed ginger-garlic and saute for 2minutes.

    Now add green peas,salt and let it cook for 3minutes.
    Add cubed potatoes along with coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chili powder,dried mango powder,and mix well.Add 2 tablespoon water, and mix well.Cook on medium heat for 3-4 more minutes.(Keep stirring occasionally)Potato Peas Stir Fry is ready to serve.
