  2. 250 gmskuttu ka aata
  3. As Per TasteRock salt
  4. As Requiredcoriander chopped
  5. 1green chili chopped
  6. As Requiredghee for making paratha

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl. Grate lauki and add kuttu atta add all ingredients and mix to a soft dough using little water.
    Drizzle little oil on the dough and rub it with your hands.

    Roll out the dough into small round rotis

  3. 3

    Heat the tawa put the rolled roti on the tawa and cook from both sides using oil till it's crispy and brown.

    Enjoy your fast Serve with aloo sabji and dahi.
