Curry pakora in green and with red Chilli tarka

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBaisen
  2. 1/2 kgyogurt
  3. 1and half liter water
  4. 1 tbspHaldi
  5. Gravy ingredients
  6. 1big onion
  7. Halfcup oil
  8. 2 tbspadrak lehsan paste
  9. 2medium tomatoes
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. 1 tbspred Chilli
  12. 1 tspDhania powder
  13. 1 tspZeera powder
  14. 1 tbspHaldi
  15. Pakora Ingredients
  16. 2Onion thin slices
  17. 2potatoes in chips length
  18. 1 cupful cut green dhania
  19. 3 tbspSabit dhania
  20. 1 tspsalt
  21. 1 tspred Chilli
  22. 4green Chilli
  23. 1 tsphaldi
  24. 2 cupBaisen
  25. Water to make batter
  26. Oil to fry
  27. Tarka Ingredients
  28. 2ladle Oil
  29. 1 tbsp Zeera sabit for tarka
  30. 66 red gol Chilli for tarka
  31. 1 tbsp chat masala
  32. 1 tspGaram Masala

Cooking Instructions

    First pour oil and add onion as translucent add adrak lehsan paste fry then add tomatoes in it... Add all dry Ingredients

    Now is ko bonofy karein then grind it In paste

    Now in yogurt add water haldi and besan beat

  4. 4

    Now make pakora Ingredients in a bowl mix all spices in it and make a batter not too runny nor thick. Keep aside

    Now add in paste Lassi of yogurt.. And on high flame make a boil then on medium flame cook half an hour stir your spoon continuously as it comes thick.

    On other hand pour oil in pan and as hot make pakoras and as golden add in cooking curry gravy.. Slow down the curry stove and add all pakoras in it

    Now rest of oil take ladle and put zeera in it as it's fragrance feel pour in pot

    Now take again oil in ladle and pour red Chilli in it and again put in pot

  9. 9

    Now spread chaat masala and Garam masala on it and green dhania sprinkle for serving
