Ingredients

  1. 2and 1/2 cup rice
  2. Ground turmeric
  3. 1 tspminced garlic
  4. Tomato paste
  5. 2onions(sliced)
  6. Cooked meat (diced in cubes)
  7. Grated scotch and red bell peppers
  8. Carrots(diced in cubes)
  9. Green beans(chopped)
  10. Green peas(cooked)
  11. 1/2 tspthyme
  12. cubesSeasoning
  13. Hot water
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Veg oil

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil your rice, strain and keep aside. Heat up oil and add onions, stir fry for some mins. Add your tomato paste and stir. Then add your grated peppers and fry for 5mins.

    Add the seasoned cooked meat, turmeric, thyme, garlic and stir. Then add your veggies.

    Stir fry for 2-4mins. Then add in your seasoning cubes parboiled rice and salt.

    Stir well until combined. Then pour in your hot water enough to cook the rice. Cover and allow it to cook.

    When it's done, serve and enjoy. Served mine with coleslaw
