Ingredients

  1. 300 grmnali and mashli ka gosht
  2. 1 tbspSalt
  3. 1/2 tbsphaldi
  4. 1 tbspCoriander powder
  5. 1/2 tbspred Chilli
  6. 1/2zeera powder
  7. 1onion medium
  8. 3bulbs garlic
  9. 2 inchginger
  10. 1tomato paste
  11. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  12. 1 tspGaram Masala powder
  13. 2 tbsppaprika powder +4 tbsp desi ghee
  14. Adrak Julienne, lemon, fried onion for serving
  15. 4green Chilli add in lehsan adrak paste

Cooking Instructions

    For fry take 1 ladle oil add onion fry golden add lehsan in paste form
    Peel lehsan, cut green Chilli in add 1/4cup water in juicer and blend and make paste

    Now add all meat in it fry in it as ghee is sperate add all dry ingredients salt, paper, red Chilli, haldi, Coriander, zeera and bhonofy 5 mints

    Then add 1 tomato paste in it and add water 2 glass and pressure lagae to tender meat... 25 mints. Then remove it you will see oil on o e side remove all in a cup and bhonofy again 5 mints

    Then add 1 liter water have 3 to 4 boils in high flame add garam masala in it and black pepper..

    Now take 1/2 cup wheat flour and bhonofy in fry pan brown

    Now in cup and add water and mix it with spoon no lumps should b there to make thickness add gradually in it and cook 15 mints on normal flame as it becomes thick add Chilli tarka...

    Now make Chilli tarka add 4 tbsp desi ghee 1 tsp lehsan paste 2 tbsp paprika powder and pour in the pot of nihari

    Normal flame may keep on... Then add the chili tarka to it.

    For serving add julienne thin slices of a dark, fried onion and lemon
