Ingredients

  1. 2 Cuprice
  2. 1 Bowlfinely chopped cabbage
  3. 1red capsicum
  4. 1yellow capsicum
  5. 4baby corn
  6. 1 Bowlfinely chopped green onions (green part)
  7. 1/4 Bowlfinely chopped carrots
  8. 1/2 Cupboiled corn
  9. 2 teaspoonRed chili sauce
  10. 2 teaspoongreen chilli sauce
  11. 1 teaspoondark Soya sauce
  12. 2 tablespoonSchezwan chutney
  13. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  14. 1/4 teaspoonAjino Moto
  15. 2 tablespoontomato sauce
  16. 1 teaspoonVinegar
  17. 7-8garlic cloves finely chopped
  18. 1 teaspoonfinely chopped ginger
  19. 4green chilli finely chopped
  20. 2 tablespoonoil
  21. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  22. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  23. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice 2-3 times with drinking water and cook it. Keep aside. Wash and chopped all vegetables and keep aside. Boil corn and keep aside.

    Take one kadahi keep on Gas. Turn on the Gas keep flame on medium heat and pour oil in kadahi let it warm now add finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chilli pieces in it saute till garlic turn brown colour now add green chilli sauce, Red chili sauce,dark Soya sauce, tomato sauce and Schezwan chutney saute little now add vinegar and Ajino Moto, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder mix it pour 1/2 glass water so masala won't get burnt.

    Now add all finely chopped vegetables one by one add boiled corn too in kadahi and stir fry till vegetable cooked. Now keep Gas on High heat add cooked rice in vegetable mixture add black pepper powder and little salt and mix altogether. Sauteed till all vegetables masala and rice properly merge with one another. Chinese fried rice is now ready to serve. Serve hot.
