Ground chicken karahi

Ground Chicken Karahi (Chicken Keema Karahi) is not your everyday traditional karahi, rather it is more like a stir-fried ground chicken.
Authentic karahi is mostly tomato based. This karahi has none of that and also there are no onions. Also the traditional karahi spices are omitted in this karahi. Do not even be tempted to add an onion in this recipe cos it will totally alter the flavour profile.
This chicken karahi keema recipe is a quick and easy dinner that almost feels too easy because there is no prepping required. This one-pot dish is super easy to make, comes together in 30 minutes, and tastes great with paratha, chappati or roti.
Serve it for lunch, dinner and it certainly would not hurt to have it for breakfast also! You can also use it to fill samosas, rolls, sandwiches, or wraps. When using this as a filling, be sure to drain off excess oil.
