कुकिंग निर्देश

मसुर दाल अच्छे से धोकर पानी निकाल कर रख लें।

बैंगन 4-5 ईंट के टुकड़े मे काटे और धोकर रखें।

कुकर गर्म होने पर 2 चम्मच घी मे साबुत जीरा,साबुत लाल मिर्च औरहींग चटकाएं।

अब फ्लेम धीमा कर बैंगन मुलायम होने तक भुने।

अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट डाले और 4-5 बार चलाए।

धुले दाल हल्दी डाल कर मिक्स करे।

लाल मिर्च पाउडर,धनिया पाउडर नमक स्वादानुसार डाले और अच्छे से 1-2 बार चलाकर भुन ले।

1.5 (डेढ कप) पानी डालकर कुकर बंद कर 5 -7 मिनट मध्यम ऑच पर पकने दे।

स्टिम निकलने पर कुकर का कवर खोलें।

गर्मागर्म चपाती के साथ ईस दाल को धनिया क पत्ते से और निंब से सजाकर परोसे।
